Our professionals are recognized as industry experts, and often lecture at national and state conferences on all aspects of Brownfield assessment, remediation and development. We provide solutions. Our Ohio EPA VAP Certified Professional is Atul Pandey, P.E. He has been certified by the Ohio EPA since 1999 and has issued 26 No Further Action (NFA) Letters, all of which have received a Covenant Not to Sue (CNS) from the Ohio EPA. Prior to forming PANDEY, he worked at the Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program Division.

PANDEY was the winner of the Phoenix Award for the Gowdy Field Project; the Oscars of Brownfield redevelopment. In addition, Ohio's former governor referred to the Former AC Humko project as the "Poster Child" for public/private participation. Ohio's Director of Urban Development referenced another project as "the benchmark for aggressive deadlines." Our Brownfield projects have been profiled by The National Brownfields Association, the Ohio EPA and Ohio Department of Development.
